Hello, I have a 1940's pocket ronson lighter and the plastic case it came in. It was my fathers. It is intact but needs some repair work to make the wheel turn. Is there some place that can repair it. thanks Bill

I came across a Ronson Storm lighter, that works on gasoline... Can You tell me something about that lighter (like from what year is it, is it even original, maybe collectors price)? I can send You some photos if that will be helpful...

Hi, I have a two piece set. Lighter and case which is a gold coloured metal with mother of pearl on one side of the case nd all over the lighter. The case is rounded and hinged. I believe it came from the Leatherhead factory as both my father and grandfather worked there.

Hello, Iwas wondering if you could help me with a Varaflame I just bought. It is vintage, looks exactly like the ones made in 2007 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the model;there is a gold V on it and there are two ''groups'' of horizontall silver plated lines.Looking at some old Ronson ads from 1957 untill 1964, it looks like the gold V only figured on the 1957 model ,but,as a collector Iwould like to be sure.Any comments or links would be very much appreciated. Best Regards, Roberto

I have enjoyed looking at your site, very interesting. Amongst my recently deceased uncle's possessions he had a Ronson #68000 lighter probably from the 1970's. It is gold in colour, would it be gold plated? Regards, Ken

I received a Ronson Twentycase lighter serial #RE 19023-2481195 this Christmas. It has a black enamel case with three vertical stripes, and the name "Eloise" carved into the center plaque area. It looks to be in good condition. It also comes with a purple cloth cover. What era would this be from and does this lighter hold any value?

My husband has a ronson in its original case ,box and papers. His uncle left it to him and I would guess maybe its around the 1950s. Could I send you a picture of it? Would like to know more about it and if its worth anything.

I have a Ronson 20 case lighter that I would like to get more information on. Specifically, I would like to know the year it was manufactured and the total quantity produced. Can you help me if I send a few pictures of this specific specimen?

I have an old table lighter, that doesn't work, that i believe is from 1964-1968. It's a Ronson and it looks like black onyx with gold veins running through it. It sits on a gold base and the top of the lighter is also gold. Under the base it says Made in England. The tag inside the lighter base says Varaflame - Valiant MX 11 Ronson Woodbridge, NJ USA. Can you tell me how much this lighter is worth and should I repair it or not if I decide to sell it. Thank you for any information you can give me. Great site and what a fabulouse collection you have.
